I can sincerely claim that these starlogic guys are excellent indeed. I required moving my accounts from my old web host as the kind of service they were providing me was making me sick and the StarLogic guys helped me a lot to get my accounts shifted form the old host and putting them here nicely and got them working. The speed and bandwidth is really great. Uptime is superb. The support department is great as well professional and polite. I recommend them to everyone!

I would strongly recommend StartLogic, to all, who are looking for a really affordable host with great support and reliable service. Coincidently my site was very big and ultimately I had to move to the virtual server plan, that is nice too, amazing speed and bandwidth, I don’t have any problem. I am with StartLogic for a couple of months now, but i am very much pleased with their servers and support which I got. I have made plans to host couple of sites in the near future which I am still working on with them only. StartLogic really works along with you to keep you as their satisfied customer. If you ask me I would tell you to go with them. Most affordable plans, reliable service, excellent servers, good backup etc. I would like to tell you that I’ve only been with them for a couple of months therefore that's all I have experience during that time. I would like to say - go with StartLogic. They are The Greatest web host of the WORLD. I am hosted there, they have the fastest servers I have ever came across, they don't fill up their servers with thousands of sites therefore their servers are really fast. They have 3 top backbones, almost negligible downtime, and their service is unbelievable. After I registered with them, I had some problems, got the phone service and they even submitted the domain name transfer thing (I have NO idea at all, how to do this), and now I’m getting one more hosted. Trust my advice, go only with StartLogic.

Well, I can say that I have been a customer with StartLogic since January’07 and recently I was stuck for a missing extension in PHP, can you imagine that, what a mess. Support people spent hrs and hrs sorting the problem out till finally done. I have seen many other hosts who wouldn't spend even one hour on a customer. They are great people who can advise you perfectly and professionally to get your things going. Yet again, I have never seen a host that would do this for anyone. I’ve seen often people like to narrate their horrible experiences. For a change I would like to share with you an experience that is not a horrible experience. I subscribed with a StartLogic in the month of February’05. What I feel, since then every problem that has been sent in to support has been answered properly and professionally and efficiently. The server has remained up and running and I have not lost any data or emails the speed was excellent, bandwidth was comfortable what else, I am happy. I highly recommend this company as they are responsive, efficient and have great pricing.

I'll add this here, in case people search for StartLogic in the future then it will be my honest statement for them.
I've been with StartLogic for almost two years now. My venture into choosing hosting companies was very tough as mine was, my host went out of business all of a sudden and it was a real mess all around. The StartLogic team did everything possible what they could do for me. Within a week after I subscribed StartLogic I was up again and running and it's been smooth working since then. Yes, I admit there have been occasions when the servers needed to be rebooted, but most of the time they know about it before I do and they advised me suitably. The best thing about StartLogic is their support. In fact, StartLogic is what I consider to be at very high standard when it comes to support. Tickets are answered. They really go that extra yard for every one of their customers to extend their helping hand. Some people would like to say that StartLogic doesn't offer all these. Some people may mention their service and support are of poorest standard. Well, all I can say there are many people some of them would like to remain always dissatisfied. You get reliable servers, a great gathering of fellow customers and professional support all the time. You are getting a bargain all the time with them whether in pricing or in space or otherwise! If you come across my message and you are trying to find a good, honest and reliable hosts, then these are the guys, grab them and be happy for ever!

I would like to put my all money in, for StartLogic.
I know very little about hosting. I browsed the net for months and months, reading- re-reading the different 'hosting' articles and pages. What they offered, how much, what are he do’s and the don’ts etc. StartLogic is very low priced, as compared to almost all the other hosting services out there. There's really a great difference in prices or size of site, prices are quite low as compared to the space offered. But like others before me, it's their Customer Service that is the Star attraction.
As I already told you that, I'm having very little about hosting. These people were very helpful with me, the questions that I asked; they gave very patient hearing and got me satisfied every time .You would also like to appreciate that kind of professionalism. I would not like to go any where else, because in StartLogic everyone has earned great respect and for now I am loyal to them.

I just like to add few more words about StartLogic and the wonderful team there. This is a truly a great company. The people behind this company are really dedicated and through professionals. They are continuously setting the standards in the industry for others to follow. I shifted to StartLogic from another host because of various problems. My previous host use to take very long to give a response. I got fed up with that and shifted my site to StartLogic. After the shifting of my site to the StartLogic, my web site was down twice. Once for a period of a couple of minutes for a reboot and once last week because of some sort of up gradation and that was done very quickly. Every support tickets I've posted were resolved petty fast. I don't think anyone could ask anything more from StartLogic. I strongly recommend them.

I am writing about the StarLogic as I wanted to let everyone know that they are very honest and very cooperative web host. I spent two years with them and the period was really cool, I hosted number of site on StartLogic. The speed was good, Bandwidth no problem absolutely, space freely available and price most reasonable in the reseller circuit. I steadily grown with them for the last two years, now I have one of their servers at my disposal and I am planning to take one more shortly. I encountered few problems with the servers but the problems were resolved pretty soon. The StartLogic servers are the fastest I have seen. Everything was up to or better than their claims till date. I would like to recommend them very strongly.

I've been with StartLogic for several years now and I like to recommend them highly. I haven't noticed any significant downtime to speak of, they respond to inquiries fast, and they would notify you of problems if they occur or if there is any likelihood. They recently experienced some downtime on one of their Windows servers in the recent past and they informed me in advance that one of their windows servers having some problem which is causing all web sites hosted on the server to be down, I had been contacted because my site was on that particular server. Their systems administrators were on the job and they fixed the problem within very short span of time. The server was up and running within hours. They were nice enough to regret to me for not able to provide me 99.9 % uptime as promised in the plan. This makes them honest and sincere towards the customers. This also provokes the customer to be loyal to them as I pledge my loyalty with hem and strongly recommend them for your any hosting needs.

Well, if you ask me, then I would have to tell you that I did a lot of research (online and offline) before actually going in for a domain & the right hosting company to host my personal website. I came across StartLogic while researching on the net. Then I also checked about them from few of my friends who are already experienced about the hosting matters. What I found with the StartLogic that the rates are pretty cheap as compared to other Hosting companies and the space/ bandwidth on the offer are also very attractive rather it may be termed as a bargain offer. I've been with StarLogic for almost a year now and they've provided me everything I'd expect from a great host. The guys are friendly and professional and always ready to go the extra mile for you. Their servers are top class, as is the bandwidth. Downtime for the most part negligible. I don't have any experience of their Windows hosting services, but I would expect that they would be providing top class service there also as they are providing to me with the Linux servers.
