StartLogic is a professional hosting company with good supports and top class servers. Fast Severs, fast connection and prompt response to support tickets. I really enjoy their VPs since I have joined them. Due to their pretty good uptime records, they don't put any announcement for customers it may look bad but you have to understand that if there is no significant downtime then there is no need for the regular announcements. But if any thing happens they would inform you personally. I am really enjoying here.

I have only been with them since last 10 months and I haven't had not a single problem, everything works smoothly, speed is super and service is top notch. The only thing I had to get use to was going from HSPHERE to VDECK and I want to tell you that this control panel is very user friendly. I would like to recommend StartLogic very highly; at present I'm very busy for converting my clients to StartLogic and recommending new ones there only. I know that under their referral program I would be benefited very handsomely.

I researched more than 100 hosting companies including StartLogic. My final list is now narrowed to about 10 companies and I usually keep a track of all of them. Till now I found out that it is very difficult for me to find a reliable host with economy except the StartLogic is very difficult. As a matter of fact I am currently with StartLogic and want to put on the records that they are the best among the others around. I always recommend them.

I was in the process of finalizing StartLogic and sent mails and contacted by phone sometimes at odd hours too. StartLogic always responded to me with a polite and professional manner. The support people are very professional and cooperative too they give some explanations instead of yes/no only. In the end I chose StartLogic for the company as a whole, its reliability, response and sincerity. I would certainly recommend them to you also.

I recently moved all of my domains over to StartLogic.com and would like to share and say how pleased I am with their services so far. Customer Support is just great - StartLogic have been always remaining super, very helpful to me in all levels of support; via email and through phone calls. Replies are fast and support is very professional. Server performance is also very high quality, I could actually figure out the improvement in speed over my old host on most PHP/MySQL pages - which was very pleasing to see.

StartLogic is the best host available around in my opinion. They have given me the greatest support. They have fast servers, high speed and what else you can ask for and go further than any host to make your stay with them as comfortable as possible. I have practically never experienced any noticeable downtime with StartLogic and even they have done a great job by helping me to transfer all of my accounts to my new dedicated server. They are the best I tell you, just go and open the account with them and enjoy your cool stay there.

Their support is extremely professional and cooperative. I've phoned them a few times with questions, and they have always responded IMMEDIATELY - and with a pertinent answer. (No, waiting time, eh!). They always remain calm and composed and they explain it to me that how to fix the problem, and now I'm up and running. The best part is that the help that they provide was above and beyond any technical support that I would expect from a host they some time go out of the way to help you in the issues not directly related to their line of service. Also they didn't make you feel stupid for asking "silly" questions. Thanks, you people are just great.

I have VPs with StartLogic, in which I am trying to move a couple of large accounts. There were some technical problems. We contacted the support and problem figured out to be related with the designing of the sites they were just refusing to run at all. I contacted them again, they gave me a very patient hearing and at last I was provided with the solution, I was floored. I've been in this business a long time and have never received such kind of support from any host for any problem not related to the services offered by them. Just thought I would pass along my kudos for StartLogic.

I have been with StartLogic for one year now. I was in the same situation you are in now back in the beginning of the New Year. I can tell you that the support I have received from StartLogic has been the best, I happen to dreamt of always! I happen to subscribe their SEO plan for attracting more traffic to my site and I am telling you, it really works superbly, at present my site is buzzing with visitors all the time. I have been an honest customer of StartLogic for many years now and I have had great success with StartLogic. Their customer support is just great; no other that I've seen has this kind of support. Uptime is very high; I can only remember one downtime which was because of hardware problems if I am not wrong. The server speed was great, space no problem, bandwidth excellent. One thing I've particularly noticed and greatly admired about StartLogic is the quality of personal support they provide. By that I mean you can call or email these guys for anything and they are more then happy to give you their professional replies. If you really want you can go in for their SEO plans, these plans are just great I have personally checked one of them, it is worth of the price tag on it. I would recommend you to check out StartLogic. I'm sure that at any case you won't be disappointed.

They are having these SEO plans up for you, I have also tried one for last one year or so its really good my page rank has improved considerably and I am now getting constant inflow of the site visitors. Since, I have account with the StartLogic for more than2 years now; I can actually say few words about the company. It is my challenge that you can’t go wrong while you are going with StartLogic. I never had any issue with them, they are always on the phone or email when you need the support most. Their network is very good, and my sites at StartLogic have the best uptimes. I sleep well with my happy clients, when my client's are happy, I am happy. One more thing heir server speed is also amazing, absolutely top notch. I highly recommend StartLogic all the way.

I have had a StartLogic server for almost 4 years now, if I need anything to be done, they will find the solution for me and do it really fast. I have never been turned down by StartLogic on a request, if the person at the phone doesn't know the answer she will find it. Now, every company is not perfect, and StartLogic has pissed me off from time to time, that was very frustrating, but they make most of things right and with that you know you’re getting yourself a good host, who would not hesitate to go with you that extra yard at times. Over all, I would suggest moving or joining StartLogic.

All of a sudden I realized that I have been with StartLogic for about a year now. So my review should be appropriate for a company as solid as this StartLogic. Most of the people here are already quite satisfied with StartLogic, well now you should see some of the reasons behind it. It is not a very big company and they don’t have all Dual Xeon servers there, but the speeds are fantastic. You would never find any company that treats their customers by the way StartLogic treats us. It’s very difficult to find such a company like StartLogic that can provide an outstanding network and the top notch support. Having found StartLogic I could never ever imagine being anywhere else and tolerating the things which I see people suffer through with other hosting service providers. Kudos for StartLogic.

We have been with StartLogic for the past 14 months now and though we have to use the support rarely. At present we have 2 dedicated servers with StartLogic and our experience is almost problem-free. Even the critical problems were sorted out at the oddest of odd hours at ease. That is the reason for our deciding to add the next dedicated server here only. Because no other company would provide us the kind of support which these people are providing us.
StartLogic goes above and beyond for their clients time and again. And we strongly feel that our stay here is really worthwhile. That is the reason that we have taken out some of our time to let you know that what kind of the people these StartLogic people are. I am a StartLogic customer who experienced an attack on his server - from outside, the guys here take great care to secure their servers. When my server was under attack there were constant flow of information updates from the support department and these guys took really swift actions to minimize the problem. My customers were very happy to be relieved of the problem so soon. My credibility and reliability got a real boost among my customers and for that I am very grateful to these guys. This has increased my confidence on StartLogic more. Well done!!

I had one problem of a kind as my hard disk crashing on the VPs machine at StartLogic. These guys immediately got another server transferred my backup to the new server, configured everything, within 1/2 hour of downtime my site was up again and working smoothly. There was no data loss and no problem of any kind. I am very grateful for the kind of service they have provided me. I have already recommended some of my friends for the hosting service of the StartLogic. I am highly impressed, hats off to them.

I was very happy with the hosting service of the StartLogic for the first year until the time of renewal of my account came. As a honest and good customer I had updated my credit card info at least 3 months before the expiry of the account. StartLogic do not cared to verify the updated info and just suspended my account without informing or checking with me before the expiry of my account. I called the billing department and they kept me waiting for very long without any answer, I sent tickets to the abuse, billing and renewal department, the first proper reply from the billing department was like this –Your account was suspended due to the outstanding payment. I requested them to activate my account, on my request they moved the ticket to renewal department. Renewal department did not respond for long period then finally my problem was sorted out after a gap of seven days. But I would like to mention here that the online support people are very friendly and cooperative, they are unable to do much for you as there are maybe some limitations. However I would like to appreciate the Online Support department but not very much impressed with their customer service department.
